Users, who are in disagreement about this privacy policy, need not fill in their personal information and register using the service in the Event.
If you do not agree with our policies at any point, you may choose not to use our applications and services. The Event Attendees who fill us the forms using https://www.kahaninternational.com/ domain are asked to fill up their name and contact details which includes e-mail id and contact number. The other information collected is subjected to the requirement of the event organiser and the Event being conducted.
The user may be required to create an account to fill out the form for some specific services.
The information gathered from the forms is completely used by Event Organisers for the respective Event. Event Organiser is responsible for storage and usage of the attendee’s data.
The personal data collected by the event organisers through the forms might contain information or fields which may be linked to the third-party organisations. The provision of such information is with the user’s understanding and consent.
The domain of Kahan International is not in any way related to the data collected from or for any third party organisations.

The services of Kahan International are not intended to be used by children below 13 years of age. We do not directly collect the data from children below the age of 13. If you are below 13 and filling up a form with the domain of Kahan International, we’ll make sure that the legal consent to store the data from their guardians has been recorded. We will implement measures to verify the guardian’s consent, with the available technology.
The data being processed by Kahan International remains under the ownership of the organizer unless the ownership is shared by a duly signed contract. The liability for the data is limited to the owner of the data.
