General Information:

We offer Heavy Duty motorized operated Semi automatic Screw Capping machine where each bottle is to be placed manually by the operator and the capping head (rotates on its axis to tighten the cap) moves up and down continuously based on well desgned cam. Machines are provided with spring loaded capping head or also Magnetic Torque Adjuster type capping heads which holds the caps and rotates them with a standard torque applied by the head. The speed of the movement of Capping head can be slowed down based on variable speed drive component. Machines are GMP Models complete stainless steel covered delivers high quality sealing of caps.

silicon rubber is provided at base of bottle to absorb pressure
Continuous up and down movement of the capping head is cam operated.
Hindustan/crompton make motor and rotomotiv/chamunda make gear box provided.
Bottle guide provided for centring of bottle to the centre of head.
Very easy change over part of capping head of one cap size to another.
control pannel provided with ON/OFF, inching switch(for settings) and variable speed controller.
SS mat finish of the machine provided.
Height adjustment of the capping head provided for different height of bottles.
