General Information

We offer Semi-automatic Laminated/Plastic Tube Sealing machines for small to medium scale industries where filling machines are already installed and need some solution to seal them automatically. In this model, the filled tubes are to be placed manually oriented in the same direction for all tubes.

Output varies as per the speed of the operator working. There will be 12 rotary station rotated by geneva mechanism. After the tubes are loading, sealing portion of the tube are heated first with Hot Air Gun(Lesiter- Switzerland make) followed by coding and trimming staions which gives well finished result followed by ejection of sealed tubes.

Blower motor to blow the air in hot air gun installed.
