General Information

We offer Table top Laminated/Plastic Tube Sealing Machines which is completely pneumatically operated suitable for lab scale as well as small scale industries. In this model. there are 2 stations provided, one for sealing the tubes where the sealing jaw are heated up and another for batch coding and trimming tubes to obtain a well finished sealing result.

Output varies as per the speed of the operator working. We can also provide HOT AIR GUN(Leister - Switzerland make) sealed tubes on request which will be PLC operated.

Table top type tube sealing model.

Hot Jaw type of sealing.

Cup Holder for holding the tube provided with a slider movement to slide from one station to another.

SELEC make timer installed.
Pencil type heaters installed.
4 nos adjustable legs at the bottom.
Sealing station height adjustable as per the height of the tube.
Pneumax make pneumatics used.
Mounted Parts are ENP Plated.

One set of Tube Coding letters from 0 to 9 are provided with the machine.
