It features a single tube holder with a manual sliding system and two stations—crimping and coding. The machine first crimps the aluminium tube to create a secure seal, followed by embossing batch details or other identification using interchangeable metal stereos. Controlled by sensors and an intelligent controller, it delivers accurate, reliable, and repeatable operation with simple manual loading and unloading.
